Training Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Public Course Cancellation Policy
Individual Students – Classes can be cancelled no less than 18 Days before the class date with no penalty. If class is cancelled with 17 or less days notice, 100% payment is due. Once the class has been paid, Student may reschedule for up to six months of original course date. Another student from the same organization can attend in place of the originally scheduled student.
Onsite Training Cancellation / Rescheduling
- Notice of cancellation/reschedule of Training more than 3 weeks prior to class start date is eligible for full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Notice of cancellation/reschedule 2-3 weeks prior to class start date is not eligible for refund, but is eligible for reschedule without penalty. Course must be rescheduled immediately, and is limited to rescheduling one time, and for only the same course at the same location. The new course must begin up to a maximum of six months from the original course date.
- Notice of cancellation/reschedule within 2 weeks prior to class start date is not eligible for a refund and will be charged up to 100% of course tuition.
- For no-shows, payment is non-refundable. “No Shows” – defined as the student does not show up on the date the course starts, and there was no prior communication from the student to cancel or reschedule the course.
Substitution of Students – Substitutions of one student for another are accepted, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites.
Elearning Cancellation Policy
Elearning Courses are Non-Refundable – Length of eLearning training courses vary depending on the type of training and package purchased. Training course begins on the date username and password are emailed to the the student.
