MSFC SSD Customer Experience Training

In addition to the IT training provided at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), IBEX was able to bring commercial expertise and best practices to the aid of the Space Systems Department (SSD) at MSFC. This “Engineering the Customer Experience” effort consists of building the content, developing the trailer, and describing the attributes of outstanding customer experience. This effort enabled the SSD at MSFC to explore critical communications practices and how to create an experience that encourages existing customers to return for repeat business. IBEX looks to bring the same high measure of dedication, focus, and timeliness from these efforts to all our training clients.

Successful Facilitation of Cloud Transition

Planned and implemented the migration of platform users to a cloud environment. IBEX created plans and processes for a Pilot project to transition the content and documents to a cloud environment a government organization. Activities included audited current files and content, evaluated access structure and control, mapped current state to end state based on clients’ needs, IT best practices, and infrastructure requirements.
