IBEX Supports the Army Personnel Training (APT) Program
IBEX supports the Army Personnel Training (APT) Program by addressing strategic planning, communication needs, and activities coordinated among government stakeholders, as well as functions specific to the mission of ACCESS.
This support also includes biannual assessment and improvement recommendations to communication policies, procedures, and SOPs associated with the APT program. IBEX’s business management approach based upon proven Program Management Professional (PMP) processes supports the Budget Chief with operations and process improvement recommendations to process over 10,500 monthly recoupment/refund requests more efficiently. This $4M, 3-year contract includes 22 FTEs.
