MSFC SSD Customer Experience Training
In addition to the IT training provided at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), IBEX was able to bring commercial expertise and best practices to the aid of the Space Systems Department (SSD) at MSFC. This “Engineering the Customer Experience” effort consists of building the content, developing the trailer, and describing the attributes of outstanding customer experience. This effort enabled the SSD at MSFC to explore critical communications practices and how to create an experience that encourages existing customers to return for repeat business.
