IBEX delivered a 5-day, on-site ITIL® Release, Control & Validation Training course for Cox Communications . Our certified ITIL® v3 Expert trainer brought over 25 years of leadership experience and 15 years of experience in the planning and management of information technology service management and quality management systems to train and certify twelve students in the next stage of ITIL® certification. Since that first delivery, our team has continued to train over 200 students through private instructor led classes for Cox.
