Tracey Grace is a Strategic Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Training and Information Technology Industry.
Before starting IBEX, she led and managed successful sales organizations at international corporations including Learning Tree International, FedEx Corporation, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and Quint Wellington Redwood.
Tracey attended the University of Pittsburgh (PITT) where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Spanish, then was awarded a Graduate Tuition Fellowship to fully fund her MBA degree which she earned in 11 months in Marketing.
She has extensive experience in IT Best Practices & IT Management Frameworks, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategies, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Supplier Diversity Solutions, and Strategic IT Research & Development Solutions.
