Public Course Schedule Training

Individual Students. The course tuition must be paid in full prior to attendance or the granting of customer access to the course. IBEX will accept either a company issued purchase order, ACH or credit card to secure training schedule and date(s).Students who wish to cancel their public registration at sixteen (16) or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the class can either reschedule the class for a period of six (6) months from the original start date of the class or obtain a refund. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations or rescheduling with less than sixteen (16) calendar days’ notice before the scheduled start date.

Cancellation. IBEX reserves the right to change dates, courses, and fees regarding their public schedule, enrolled students will be notified. In the event of cancellation of your scheduled training class, you will be responsible for fees pertaining to your pre-class provided textbooks or supplies accepted if a refund is provided.

Attendance: If a student does not attend a scheduled course or provide notification of cancellation or rescheduling, the funds will be forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed.

eLearning/On-Demand Cancellation Policy

eLearning/On-Demand Courses are Non-Refundable. Length of eLearning training courses vary depending on the type of training and package purchased. Training course begins on the date username and password are emailed to the student.

Virtual/On-Site Training

The course tuition fee for Virtual/On-Site Courses is due and payable upon invoice receipt.

IBEX will accept either a company issued purchase order, ACH or credit card to secure training schedule and date(s).

Cancellation/Rescheduling. IBEX will not impose any penalty if the customer notifies IBEX in writing of the need to cancel or reschedule sixteen (16) days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. Clients who wish to reschedule with less than sixteen (16) calendar days’ notice before the start date will incur any applicable rescheduling fees. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations.

If a cancelation is requested for an event that is customized; non-standard in length, content, delivery method, etc., based on customer requirements and request,, the customer will pay for all incurred customization fees, or performance costs associated with the event.

Training must be rescheduled immediately and is limited to rescheduling one time and for only the same course at the same location. The new class date must begin within six (6) months from the original scheduled date.

In the event of cancellation of your scheduled training class, you will be responsible for fees pertaining to your pre-class provided textbooks or supplies accepted.

Prepaid Training Vouchers

Training Voucher agreements are purchase arrangements that provide customers discounts that are based on the initial committed volume of the customer purchase. Training vouchers: (i) are transferable within an organization and can be used to pay for the attendance of any qualified course participant; (ii) cannot be used to attend courses that are in excess of the number of enrollments covered by that Training Voucher purchase; (iii) cannot be used for courses that start later than the agreed to length of the agreement which begins at the start date of the first course attended under that Training Voucher agreement; and (iv) once an agreement is executed, the training vouchers are not cancellable by the customer. At the end of the term of the Training Voucher agreement, any unused or remaining value of the Training Voucher up to 10% of the total value purchased under an agreement may be rolled over and available for use for an extended period conditional upon the customer purchasing a new Training Voucher Pack that is at least comparable in size to the original Training Voucher Pack. IBEX reserves the right to exclude certain courses from eligibility in the Voucher Program.

Canceling, Rescheduling Vendor Exams. Course exams may be rescheduled (with fees) but may not be refundable based on exam vendor rules and regulations.
