IBEX supports Government professionals in the delivery of continuing education services as required by ACES

ATLANTA, GA – IBEX IT Business Experts, an award-winning Information Technology (IT) Consulting and Training firm specializing in Best Practice Frameworks, Process Improvement, and IT Service Management Solutions; announced today that the Company has been awarded a contract with the United States Army for Education Support Services. This non-personal services contract provides educational administrative support services required by the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) in the Office of the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD) and its subordinate agencies.
TAGD is a large directorate under the Army Human Resources Command (HRC). The overall TAGD mission is implementing and sustaining various human resource programs, services and systems that enable readiness and sustain the well-being of the Army team. TAGD seeks to provide centrally managed contracting support for the comprehensive range of services covered in the TAGD mission.
Army Continuing Education System (ACES) is the proponent for an integrated system of adult education programs and services. The ACES vision is that every Soldier participates in the voluntary education program and every eligible Soldier uses tuition assistance (TA) for degree completion. ACES promotes lifelong learning, readiness and resilience through flexible and relevant education programs, services and systems in support of the Total Army.
IBEX will be responsible for all contractor planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, and execution necessary to provide specified services. The contract includes a base year plus two option years to provide consistent, uninterrupted services to assist Government professionals in the delivery on continuing education services as required by ACES.

The Army ACES program supports approximately 170 installations worldwide. IBEX will be performing the majority of the work for this contract from Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Also during the Summit, Ms Grace and the IBEX Team participated in the 2019 American Express Summit for Success in Atlanta’s inaugural Business Excellence Competition. This elevator pitch contest gave business owners the chance to come on stage to show off their pitching skills in front of a group of seasoned judges. Each contestant had 90 seconds to give their best elevator pitch and show the judges why their company deserved attention – whether it’s for funding, a new partnership or a government contract. At the end of the day, the judges awarded, Tracey Grace and the IBEX Team the 1st Place honors. As part of the prize, IBEX will get 1:1 mentoring from an American Express client.
