Job Summary:

IBEX IT Business Experts, LLC is looking for an Instructional System Design (ISD), Distance Learning Project Manager. The PM will lead the transformation of the United States Air Force, Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) Distance Learning Programs into an on-demand continuous learning model. The ISD PM will work closely with the ISD team, artists/animators, and government representatives to ensure all contract deliverables are to 100% satisfaction. The PM will plan, manage, and participate in the creation, testing, and delivery of all work products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have the ability to work in the United States
  • Military Veteran experienced with Department of Defense/Military distance learning education products
  • Ability to manage work and staff to align with the customer’s mission
  • Proven experience managing Instructional System Design distance learning projects at a graduate level or military equivalent
  • Experience managing instructional system designers, graphic artist, animators, and virtual reality creators
  • Technical distance learning PM experience creating, tracking, and maintaining project plans, project schedule, project controls, QA/QC, project documents, and client products
  • Must have completed training in ISD, Training, or Education.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Strong planning, leadership, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for curriculum creation, development, and testing
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate, Vyond, HTML5 Coding, audio recording software, and creation of MPF/MP3 videos/audiobooks
  • Experience integrating products into government LMS including appropriate formatting/resolution on multiple devices/platforms such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops
  • Extensive experience utilizing Canvas including the ability to develop and/or enhance graphic features in Canvas that interface with users

Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end to end ISD distance learning products utilizing the ADDIE process for three US Air Force for enlisted military professional programs. Products include interactive video lectures including animation, student reading materials (HTML), student audio materials (MP3), education-based trivia games and multiple-choice questions, tests and assessments, and polling questions.
    • Assist team with the creation of course products, plan and implement product testing, manage change control, and conduct QA/QC tests
    • Initiate, coordinate and create client reports, progress reviews, and client validation/acceptance of work products to ensure deliverables meet requirements, are in scope and on schedule
    • Provide expertise in the development of Level 1 & Level 2 interactivity products using the latest industry standards and best practices
    • Manage the development and improvement of assessment items (test questions) that support the performance objectives and program outcomes
    • Act as primary contact regarding the day to day management, maintenance, and administration of project staff and client deliverables
    • Review, evaluate and recommend solutions to correct deficiencies and/or enhance existing learning content (electronic courses, videos, documents, websites, graphics and interactive games)
    • Become the key Customer Point of Contact and IBEX Corporate.

Other Duties Include

  • Provide IBEX Corporate staff with progress reports, product reviews and other materials and documents related to project status and client deliverables
  • Communicate risks and opportunities to IBEX corporate staff to assess contingency plans and impact on deliverables
  • Provide all contract closeout documentation and follow-on maintenance plans for continuous functionality of work products on identified platforms

Work Environment:

The position is a remote/telework position requiring the use of standard office equipment, computers and video/audio production equipment. Client meetings will include standard office environment/conference rooms. Must be able to operate in a professional office environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time remote/telework position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.

Position may require core hours to match client central time hours (TBD). Preference is to be located within driving distance of Montgomery, Alabama.
