Position: Lead Help Desk/Computer/Data Operator
Location: Macon, GA
REQUIRED: Active Secret Security Clearance
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) – On-call 24/7

We are looking for an Operations Lead Help Desk/Computer/Data Operator that will be designated and serve as the IBEX’s Project Manager. The Lead Help Desk/Computer/Data Operator is expected to have an overall coordination role while proactively identifying and advocating improvements. This is a full-time position with the anticipation of 480 hours dedicated to Program Management.
Must be capable of independently, with reasonable training, operating data recording, entry, or processing systems assisting IT systems users with such systems navigation, account troubleshooting, and system usage assistance, following standard procedures with some independent judgment consistent with training and established procedures and providing and providing guidance, direction, and supervision for other operators.
In addition, the Lead Help Desk/Computer/Data Operator is responsible for receiving notices, reports, or requests from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Government Project Manager (PM) and therefore is required to be available onsite during normal working hours. An exception to the onsite requirement may be permissible with prior approval and coordination with the COR or the COR’s designee.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. 40 hours a week, no overtime is permitted without approval from Elizabeth Caporelli, Home office Project manager, and contract office representative

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The period of support will be during OPM’s normal duty hours (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday), except for holidays or emergency closures due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility closings. In addition, due to the criticality of the “Services” supported, due to the operational environment of the HRSITPMO, which includes frequent, unpredictable fluctuations in workload, Contractors are often frequently requested to work outside the normal hours (including weekends and holidays) to meet processing deadlines, implementations schedules, or support requirements.
